My A3 Swordfish laminator packed up after very little use. It stopped heating up. Wouldn't buy this one!

The company sent this laminator very promptly and I was pleased with it on first use. However, when I went to use it the next day it would not heat up. I contacted the company who, after a few e-mails, had a new one delivered as a replacement. After using this for about half an hour it cut out and the same problem occurred, it would not heat up, though the rollers still turned. Awful product and I would not touch it again.
