My husband loves this product!! You don't know how many times I've had to feel how warm it was inside his coat since he opened it Christmas Eve!!!The only thing I could say negative about it, is it dosn't stay warm for as long as it claims to.

This product it great for fisherman, hunters or just people who live in cold weather. It's very easy to use just fill it up and light. half full of fluid lasts 12 hours and a full tank lasts an amazing 24 hours.

I have had my handwarmer for over a week. Even though I fill it accoridng to the instructions for a 24 period, the maximum warm time I have gotten is 4 hours. Not even sufficient for a golf game. Recommend you look to other products.
By the way, Zippo customer service hasn't responded to my request for directions on how to get the damn thing repaired. I guess I just have more trash for the dump.
