Played it for 2 years and still playing!! AMAZING GAME April 21, 2008 A Reader (Iowa) Empire Earth is the only thing I play anymore, the single player isn't the best but the multiplayer is amazing! With all the different epochs and amounts of resources or citizens to start with each game, there is an endless list of possibilities for games that one can play, although the general aspects are the same for each epoch, the strategies are completely different for each one, making the game seem like 15 different ones at the same time. It does take awhile to master the game, making it even more of a challenge, after 2 years of playing, i still haven't quite become a pro at everything in the game. This is the best $20 I've ever spent in my life, I highly suggest this game for anyone with a computer and some free time to use it.
Stainless Steel's Jewel December 17, 2007 Jesus Mercado Rivera (Dallas, TX United States) After all this years I still play this game. I tried EEII and just played it for two days and gave up on it because of it horrendous graphics and complicated game play. Not wanting to give up on the franchise, I got EE3 Last Week and was also greatly dissapointed. Now Age of Empres III and Company Of Heroes fill my needs of RTS type games. Yet I still find myself playing EEI once or twice a month.
The Best RTS February 20, 2007 with me it is extreamly and i mean extreamly hard to please me with RTS games I hate BFME and star wars empire at war and the total war games arnt even that great but there has always been 1 RTS that i will treat like a god and thats Empire Earth not Empire Earth 2. Whats sooo amazing about this game is how many stradegies there are to master theres the make lots of fortreses and fill em soo u can get armies that exceed the pop limit and the pop limit is pretty high either way or the noobish make a bunch of missles and nukem till theres nothin left there r tons of ages to choose from if u wana do a WW2 war or a medievel war or a giant robot war the choice is yours i dont see why battle for middle earth or Empire at war could be more popular then this I hav more epic medievel battles in this then i would ever hav in battle for middle earth.Probobly the funest thing to do in this game is play on line and do CBs and make ur own civilization with the other people trying 2 make theres and from there possibilities are endlest invade there base and make them ur slave and demand reasources or start nuking people like crazy and not let them find out whos doing it or just be peaceful. Trust me this game is proboby the most underapperciated game ever so give it some credit go and buy it I mean come on its [...]bucks wat a great price
An adventure through time January 10, 2007 Empire Earth comes with 4 engaging campaigns: Greek, English, German, and Russian. You also experience many eras: Prehistoric, Stone, Copper, Bronze, Dark, Middle, Renaissance, Imperial, Industrial, WW1, WW2, Modern, Digital, and Nano. With the expansion it adds new campaigns including a Roman Campaign. Also, it comes with a whole new Era: Space, with new units according to future units: robots and such. In the game you can build many military buildings which includes: Barracks, Dock, Stables, and much more! Graphically, the faces of the units are kind of dull: just eyes and a plain mouth. Otherwise, this is a game that is a thrilling adventure thru the ages!
