Nylon muzzle inhibits your dog from biting, barking, and chewing while still allowing drinking, panting, and vomiting. Quick fit muzzle is easy to put on. Just slip over your dog's nose, buckle, and adjust the soft nylon strap. Strong, soft, and flexible muzzle is difficult for dog to dislodge. Machine washable. Selecting The Muzzle For Your Dog. Use string or fabric measuring tape to measure around dog's nose.Note: The muzzle should not be tight. Place forefinger under measuring tape to ensure enough space for the dog to breathe and drink. Measure the string or record the length on the measuring tape. Select the proper sized muzzle. Fit the muzzle on your dog, then check the fit by running your finger inside the noseband. The dog must be able to pant and have free tongue movement. Fitting Muzzle To Your Dog Place muzzle over dog's nose. Secure straps around dog's neck, behind the head by strapping the buckle shut. Pull end of strap until it is snug around dog's neck.Do not over tighten. Important: Use only with direct supervision. This muzzle is designed for short term use only. Do not over tighten. Extended use could interfere with the animal's natural cooling system.
