Product Description In-Ground Radio Fence Stubborn Dog System keeps your pet in your yard. The system works by delivering a mild static correction through two contact points that touch your pet's neck. If your pet crosses the established barrier, a small correction will be sent to get your pet's attention, but will not harm him. Kit Includes: Transmitter with power adapter, receiver with adjustable collar, step-by-step installation and training DVD, operating and training guide, 9 volt battery, 500 feet of wire and 50 training flags, test light tool.

| Customer Reviews:
Great system October 17, 2008 Dawn (Upper Sandusky, OH United States) We have used this system with great success for about 6 months with no trouble. We use it with a young golden retriever and a yorkie/bichon. We bought the small dog collar for her and it works fine with the system. We trained both very young and neither has left the boundary while the collar is on. They even stay put for quite a while without collars. They figure it out after a while though. We tried the system with our older dog but he became very unhappy and would barely go in the yard. Eventually we got him comfortable again and without the collar he stays put. It even works when we go to the neighbors with the same system and they recognize the beeps and learn the boundary fast.
It just plain works July 7, 2008 Justin Armstrong (KS USA) I put this up for my dog who loves to chase the feral cats that live near our house. Since we have put up the fence she now only chases them to the edge of the yard and not all the way into the woods. We also live near a highway so this fence is essential so that she will live a long and healthy life away from cars.
Petsafe has horrible customer service August 6, 2007 Matthew (Greenfield, Indiana) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
If you buy this system, you better hope it doesn't need a warranty replacement. We have been waiting more than three weeks for them to replace our faulty transmitter. I have been in contact with customer service and they simply tell you "sorry" and you have to wait and wait. No indication when they might be sending it and no solutions to help you out - like letting you buy another system and reimbursing you. Our dogs are running off every time we let them out to go potty. What a pain!
