The Male Diaper Garment Wrap I purchased for my incontinent, elderly (16 years old) dog is a god-send. "Jack" has been my best friend for nearly 16 years, and it has been very sad to see the effects of aging on this wonderful animal. He has become incontinent, (despite medications and diet changes), and I was disparing of a solution to the problem until I heard of the Diaper Wrap. It's WONDERFUL!!! I no longer have to worry about him soiling his bedding or wetting the carpet! This product is soft, comfortable, and washable. (DO NOT PUT IN DRYER!!) "Jack" doesn't seem to know he is wearing it. I did buy the next size up...according to the size chart he should wear a Medium. By getting the next size, I am able to line the pad with absorbant panty-liners. I use the extra-absorbant "Poise" pantiliners for (human) urinary incontinence, with "odor control". They work great, especially overnight. They pull the moisture away from the dog's belly, thus helping to avoid urine burn. This product saved the day for me and old "Jack". I recently purchased a second wrap, which I would definitely reccommend for an emergency back-up or wash day.
