I have been using Better than Milk for years, but I thought I would try this product. It doesn't dissolve well, it's the consistency of liquid pudding if you use the manufacturer's proportions, and it doesn't taste good; overall I'd rate it poorly. It might do OK in cooking. About the only thing it has going for it is that, unlike Better than Milk, it is pure soy with nothing else added.

I received this product quickly, but the bag was ripped wide open inside the mailing package. I tried to let the company know so I could get a replacement or my money back, but no one will respond to me. Do not order!!!

This is not my favorite soy milk powder; I prefer Better Than Milk Soy for its consistency and solubility. This stuff is just much more difficult to dissolve/prepare. However, I'll probably continue to buy this product because the packaging is minimal, the taste is good, and the price is great.
