THIS CHESTNUT PUREE REMINDS ME OF THE DESSERTS I WOULD HAVE WITH MY HUNGARIAN GRANDFATHER. THIS PARTICULAR BRAND IS EXCELLENT! ADD SUGAR, PUT IT THROUGH A RICER, THEN TOP IT WITH FRESH WHIPPED CREAM!
